Department Overview

With so many branches and customers, and only 24 hours in every day, things can get pretty busy.

Providing support from Head Office to our network takes boundless energy and a real empathy – not just with the retail environment, but also the concerns and needs of our customers.

You might help with anything from planning and organisation to administration and secretarial support. Researching, gathering, inputting, analysing and interpreting a range of financial and other pertinent information in support of the management team, and taking responsibility for overseeing systems and operational procedures.

What you can expect

You will visibly live the Group values, as well as our Codes of Responsibility (business and personal), ensuring brand values are reflected in all branch colleague discussions and communications.
