Area & Regional Management
You will deliver the regional service strategy and drive the implementation of change in the region. You will be passionate about leading and embedding change and delivering operational excellence that enables the right outcomes and experience for our customers.
You will lead teams, empowering colleagues to go further to deliver the right outcomes for customers and dedicated to supporting and implementing our strategic goals.
Your role is primarily is to serve our customers better and through this grow our business. Your personal motivation to deliver the Group’s aims through the strength of your branches will determine your success.
That will mean coordinating resources, remote team management, high standards of customer service and an overarching desire to develop long-term customer relationships.
