Department Overview

Project Management Offices operate across the Group to support the effective delivery of change programmes. Supporting delivery teams to manage change efficiently, you'll ensure change is delivered in line with best practice.

Project Managers manage and coordinate all aspects of change programmes or projects throughout its lifecycle.

Supporting the definition of the approach, you'll ensure best practice is followed to deliver the programme or project.

Throughout the project you can expect to control and monitor timescales, outputs, risks and budgets, taking action where necessary to ensure that deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
