One of the main reasons I applied for a role at Lloyds Banking Group was due to the size and presence of the company. I was confident that once I had secured an opening at Lloyds Banking Group, I would have lots of opportunities to develop myself and to advance my career within the organisation.
Your current role
I began my career at Lloyds Banking Group working in Retail Finance in savings forecasting. After 9 months, in November 2014, I moved to a higher grade role as Reporting Manager within the Practice Management team in Group Sourcing. I am responsible for producing interactive dashboards, automated reports and bespoke analytical insight for £6 billion spend, financial savings and supplier insight.
