Group Sourcing make sure that our colleagues are able to access what the services and products they want, when they need them. But, it's not enough to be able to access products and services; we make sure that we achieve the best commercial, service and quality contracts.

Based across the UK at four main sites – London, Bristol, Halifax and Edinburgh – Group Sourcing ensure that a close working relationship is possible with the business areas across the Group.

Sourcing in Lloyds Banking Group is about more than just cost reduction and finance – it's about the way we all go about our daily working lives.

All this takes careful planning, acquisition, management, influencing and negotiating.
