Our accessibility policy
We’re committed to providing a website that is accessible to all of our customers and we aim to adhere sensibly and practically to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These are produced by the World Wide Web Consortium, the web’s governing body, and provide a set of checkpoints designed to ensure that websites are designed and written properly.
We work with AbilityNet and Digital Accessibility Centre to make sure our sites are accessible for all. This Lloyds Banking Group website has been certified by Digital Accessibility Centre as an acceptable standard for accessibility, determined through rigorous testing by people with disabilities, automated tools and expert technical auditing to make sure that our site is usable to everyone.
To make sure our website is accessible as possible:
